4. Bookings and services
Our website lets you view services, prices, and book appointments through our booking provider. Bookings are subject to our separate Salon Policies, which cover deposits, cancellations, refunds, and service delivery.
5. Third-party services and links
The site uses third-party tools including Wix (hosting), GetTimely (bookings), and Afterpay (payments). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We're not responsible for third-party websites we link to.
6. Accuracy of information
We do our best to keep prices, service descriptions, and availability up to date, but the site is provided "as is". Prices and services shown online may change, and the in-salon price quoted at your appointment is the final price.
7. Privacy and cookies
We collect and use personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 2020. The site uses cookies for basic functionality and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may not work as well.
8. Our liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nail Garden Ltd isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where you're dealing with us as a consumer.
