We value your trust in us with your nails. To ensure that you have the best experience, while also protecting our business, we adhere to the policies below.

At Nail Garden we strive our best to provide high quality service and we treat you with courtesy and respect. The purpose of these policies is to advise you as our customer as to the services that can be expected from our nail salons, and the steps and procedure that can be taken if are not satisfied with the services you receive.

Our Guarantee
We will repair your nails of any chips or if extensions / dipping powder comes off.
The guarantee does not apply if your nails are damaged through no fault of ours.
If you need to activate the guarantee, please let us know immediately. We cannot honour the guarantee if your nail broke within the guarantee period, but you only notified us after the guarantee period is over

Acrylic, Dipping Powder, Polygel, Builder Gel, Apres Gel - 10 days

Appointments & Cancellations
Booking: Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. To avoid dissapointment, please do your best to book an appointment before visiting our salon.
Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or modified.
Cancellations & No-Shows: We require at least 10 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows will be charged a cancellation fee $25. If this happens more than 3 times, we will require a $25 deposit for future bookings. Please note that we incur a cost when we roster staff to serve you, and then you don't show up.
Deposits: Some services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges

All services are non-refundable.

If your nails become scratched or mis-shaped we will fix them if you notify the salon at which you received the service within 24 hours of the service. You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 7 days after your initial service. We will not offer any refund or credit note because you have simply changed your mind.

We will re-do any service at no cost to you if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the work we do but you have to tell us immediately what you are not satisfy during the time you are getting your service done. Also, please notice that we will not re-do your service with no cost if our technician has confirmed with you about your nails during the time service is going on.

As soon as you have walked out the salon door that means you have accepted and are happy with the service provided to your nails.

We will charge you for the costs of any repairs or replacements that we must carry out because of damage that you have caused. For example, due to your own lack of care your nails, or the finish to your nails, they are damaged (in that they are broken, chipped or start to lift).

Nail Health Policies:
We reserve the right to refuse service:

If a client has a nail or skin condition that may affect health and safety.

Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area.

Anyone with a nail condition or in ill health that we suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be further harmed by our services.

Diabetes Client: Please inform to our technician so we can provide our service with proper care. NO CUTTING SERVICES ARE ALLOWED.
Payments & Pricing
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments (such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.).
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Salon Etiquette
Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
Behavior: We maintain a respectful and professional environment. Any rude or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Vouchers
Vouchers expire 1 year after purchase. If you lose your voucher, we may choose to replace it. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
