Lash Care
We love your lashes as much as you do.

To give you the best possible experience with your gorgeous new lashes, please be aware of the lash care recommendations below that will keep you looking better for longer.
Lash Care Before Your Appointment
-
Do not wear eye makeup. We need a clean surface to give you the best service.
-
Do not wear contact lenses. If you need to adjust your contact lenses during the service, we may need to start over again.
-
Avoid caffeine for several hours before your appointment. Caffeine can cause your eyelids to move involuntarily.
-
Arrive 5 mins early to relax and confirm with us what style you want.
Lash Care After Your Appointment
-
Do not get lashes wet for 24 hours. The new lashes need time to bond, and water may prevent this.
-
Do not use a spa, sauna, or pool for 48 hours. The heat and/or chemicals in the water may weaken the bond of the lashes.
-
Avoid touching the lashes. The natural oil on your fingers may damage them, or the force may displace them.
-
Try sleeping on your back. Also try sleeping on a silk pillowcase if possible.
Lash Care Between Infills
-
Do not use eyelash curlers. Your lashes will look so good that you won’t actually need them!
-
Do not wear mascara. Again, your lashes will look so good that you won’t need it.
-
Avoid oily cosmetics around your eyes. Try to avoid eyeliner. All these products will weaken the bond of the lashes.
-
If a lash has turned, use a lash wand to carefully correct.
-
Air dry your lashes when they get wet, and brush regularly.
-
Regularly brush lashes gently with a lash wand.
-
We recommend using lash shampoos and/or eyelid cleanser several times per week. This will keep your lashes clean and protect the bonds.
-
Don’t use cotton wipes or tissues to clean the lashes. This may pull them out. Gently use a lash wand instead.
